4S is probably around 1200. Yes, price includes the glass. The LCD is fused to the glass so it's very difficult to repair only the LCD panel. Back glass cover is around 300 pesos.

Buy the LCD screen and some tools (100-150) then follow instructions on YouTube. It's actually easy, just takes time, about 2-3 hours.

Baclaran. There are many shops there at the Mall connected to LRT. The price given is for parts only, labor not included. They are OEM quality. It's easy to do it yourself, just watch the YouTube video.

Standard price if you have it repaired is 2000-2500.
