Yes, during the past floods hindi naman sinisinok yung kotse ko eh. Kanina lang nangyari. Malamang napasukan na ng tuluyan underground tanks nila.

Primo, more likely in station tanks. Some stations (old) still use old equipment. In transport naman, the tank covers above and the discharge valves are sealed by the depot before a tanker truck leaves, and those trucks are now monitored by GPS, kaya small chance of pilferage and or "daya" on those. Except siguro on fly-by-night stations.

Vinj, puro bago na trucks ngayon e. Mas mahirap na yata dayain since may seal yung nga fillers.

Experienced this too, with my carb ride.... And, a little hesitation on the Innova.... Both gasoline-fed... Shell Unleaded....

I initially thought it was caused by Shell Unleaded going down to 91RON....

With the 91 RON, I noticed na lumakas yung tope nung ibang rides that i drove (when you "lag" the engine or release the clutch too early) as compared to the previous 93 RON fuels.
