Yes. I stopped my cardio again. My health is too high maintenance!!! This is so frustrating. I have to watch what I eat and exercise regularly. When I deviate just a little I immediately gain weight or get sick!!! I cannot even lose the weight I gained from when my thyroid went haywire.
Swerte ng mga tao na kain ng kahit ano, no exercise, dami vices pero di nagkakasakit. Just like my officemate who eats tons of rice and meat and smokes and drinks (almost daily). He can't even exersice, konting takbo hinihingal but he never gets sick.
Bad trip I just found out that my Tita cannot find the biscoff spread and cookies that I like. That's always been one of my favorite padala for years and ever since it became popular and people started hoarding it, ang hirap na mahanap![]()

Hala. Doesn't the body become sort of weak if there is no movement from exercise? I know it's not enough nga na basta pawisan. A person needs to reach a specific heart rate pa. I try to keep mine at 130 minimum when I cardio. So now since my BP is on the high side, how can I exercise pa? I am afraid I might drop dead while exercising hehe
Ha ha ha. Anong 23. 220 less age. The result is 75% min and 90% max. Mahal ng heart rate monitor and I hate to wear a chest strap. I just use the monitor on my treadmill or manual counting.

I have a chest strap (na binabasa pa bago i-strap).... And, a watch monitor, for the time and the heart rate....

I dunno what went wrong. I rarely eat pork and beef talaga!!! My food barely has oil. This is so frustrating. But high sugar diet ko from desserts.

Wala naman problem yung "last-for-the-day" high sugar diet as long as you burn it.
Im 42 (seriously) ... I have no maintenance meds, apart from the vitamins I take, considering the amount of food I eat, I burn them all off as much as possible.

I said nga my diet is high in sugar.
I eat out only on Fri, Sat and Sun. But sometimes I also have lunch or dinner out on weekdays. But when I don't eat out, I eat my usual food na 100 g chicken breast or fresh tune and 100g stir fried veggies.

What brand do you use? I am thinking of buying pero ang mahal. Dunno if polar or omron or garmin
I maintain at minimum fat burning zone lang hehehe. I just like how my skin looks after exercise. I know I had a good workout when my cheeks are flushed.
