    YES!!! badtrip globe. last september 2013 end of contract ko na sa kanila ok naman ang reward pero sabi ko need ko ng internet kaya upgrade of plan na lang ako. wala daw stock ng galaxy s3. kaya gumawa ako ng scheme na kunwari magaaply ng bagong line si misis ayun lumabas ang mga s3. pesteng reward yan.

    kaso globe ulit ako kasi tempting offer nilsa sa s4 mas mataas value compared sa smart. pero peste pa din sila. sa broadband ng globe ok naman.

    Speaking of Globe, client namin sila. Aside from their crappy service na reklamo nyo, magulo rin silang maging cliente. Last minute changes, demanding masyado, maaangas, you name it.

    Buti pa yung mga taga-Smart mababait. :bwahaha:

    Re. maangas, some relatives encountered their (Globe's) lawyer in an HLURB mediation meeting on a proposed cell site within a subdivision. Supposedly, the Smart lawyers were listening and cooperative; the Globe lawyers were arrogant and abrasive.

    Smart's service ain't nice either.
    Four months ago, I moved to a new address. So naturally, I requested for a change of billing via mySmart (online).
    I changed the billing address from home to office.
    I was thinking mas madali dumating ang mail sa office.

    That transaction must have triggered some apocalyptic equation in their servers.

    Sure enough dumating ang bill ko pero two weeks late. By then I have already paid for my bill dahil nakatanggap na ako ng disconnection notice a week before.

    Then I though of going switching to a paperless billing service. Siguro naman instantaneous yung pag tanggap ko ng smart eBill ko.

    Yung first eBill ko, on schedule. Dumating a couple of days after cutoff.

    Pero yung next two ebills ko, last week lang dumating!

    I only got to pay my bills after receiving the disconnection notice.

    Annoyed, I called up smart, and complained about their eBILL. Tapos yung CSR, "Ahhyy... ganown phoo talaga yown sir. On behuff of Smart, I afologize. But rest achur that Smart is werking hard to pix this. Good standing naman phow kayow sir. Smart won't disconnect you."

    What the hell?

    So now, asa na lang ako sa google calendar for reminding me to pay my bills.

    Ganun dati. It was during late 90s to early 00 na ayaw ng mga tao sa Smart. Pang masa daw ang Smart, pang mga sosy ang Globe. Kahit sa prepaid, ganyan din. Parang discriminated ka pag naka -Smart ka
