I refuse to pay 5k+ for my Globe bill. I can't possibly have consumed that much internet hours. Time based naman billing ko. It can't be from calls or text because 95% of my contacts are Globe. Grrr!!!

The Globe billing has been screwed up lately. Nice icing for sucky service. I'm close to switching to Smart actually (since my office line is Globe too, making things redundant); i'm just awaiting the availability of the phone unit i prefer.
Uls is bored that's why he's posting wala lang messages.

I've heard a lot of horror stories on Globe billing that's why I don't want to avail of their data plan. Switching is not an option for me because my contacts are mostly globe and I've had the same number from time immemorial.
I am stuck with Globe's crappy service.

I'm on the edge of switching to smart. Only thing holding me back is my number. I don't want to change it kasi yun na number ko ever since college.
Is it worth the jump? Or may issues din smart?
I think Smart has its own issues so I'll just stay with Globe. I don't want to change my number anymore and most of my contacts are still on Globe. They have good loyalty rewards though. My friend says it's much better than Globe.
I don't mind about the loyalty rewards. I'm after the service coz I'm getting pissed with globe for the past few months. Connection problems, calls getting dropped etc.
If the service is better with smart, ill think of switching.

Just a basic comparison. I once went to Smart to inquire on a Saturday afternoon. I waited less than 3 minutes for my turn at the table. On several occasions i had to transact at Globe for one reason or another. Average waiting time is anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes.

Yeah, so what if your contacts are all Globe? There are Smart bundles already that give you a fixed rate for inter-network calls/texts up to a certain limit.
for the longest time I have been loyal with them but walang kwenta maging loyal sa kanila...
ilan beses ko na na post sobrang barat ng Globe when it comes to loyalty program unlike Smart galante...hinde na uso yun mahirap interconnection katulad ng dati between Smart and Globe.

Ang tagal nga ng waiting time sa Globe palagi!....
(At palpak ang coordination with the installation crew for internet and phone.... This is the 5th weekend that I am dealing with them on this service)....

naaawa ako sa anak ko, grade two pa lang, tatlong araw ng natutulog ng 12am kanina 1:25am na natulog dahil sa mga tests nila tapos 6 magigising.
3 long quizzes in a day along with 3-4 assignments, may bonus pa na KUMON modules math (fractions) and reading. di na niya nagawa yung mga modules sa dami ng assignments at tests. ayaw rin tigilan ni esmi sa pagturo akala niya ata hayskul na yung bebe namin.
