Actually you have a point pero yan din ang problem ko...usually project updates, seeking approvals, etc are done pag monday...hindi ako makapagdala sasakyan kahit na window period kasi the head office is located sa makati...ang bagsak ko, nagpapahatid sundo ako sa security service...in which hindi tuloy ako makagawa ng side trips!

Lots of productive meetings this morning... Very good input from the Managers and staff....
Keep everyone happy and on their toes.... Libre brewed coffee sa mga meetings, plus cookies.....
Pressured na nga,- didiinan mo pa,- mali naman yata iyon....
Don't get me wrong,- we are not running a country club,- we are running serious business...
But, there are hundreds of ways to run a money-making business... It's your choice.
I get lots of pressures from Corporate,- but I do not transfer the heat to my people.
There are times when it is necessary that you give them a flavor,- occasionally, but not all the time... It is not healthy.

hahahha... isang bagay ang alam ko sa buhay hindi ako tumatalo nang kaopisina ko kailangan magresign muna sila bago ko patulan...
liit nga ang sweldo ko eh kaya need ko magside line... yung pinakabad trip kada pay day.
Bad Trip... naiwan ko baon ko. need ko pa lumabas para kumain.

Maraming dagdag na trabaho nga sa amin,- pero- kailangang i-absorb ng current HC namin dito....
Upside nga lang ay maraming travel opportunities, here in Asia, Europe and in the US....
As much as possible,- hindi ko ibinibigay ang opportunity sa mga Managers....
Pero, sa mga taong gumagawa ng totoong trabaho.... Motivation and retention.
Badtrip- wala akong mahagilap na tao,- nag-break na sila....
Anyway-sanay ang mga ito sa trabahong kalabaw....
The real challenge is to bring them up to this level of expectations using a short runway....

^^^Kung sabagay, mahirap yun...hindi lang sa organization hindi healthy, pati sa relationship...Already saw a couple of incidents na ganyan dito sa office...its either may umaalis na isa sa kanila or both of them but they are still together or nagpipilit na magkasama kya yun, after sometime, hindi rin nagtatagal...
Hindi ko sinasabing hindi nagwowork yung may relationship in an organization...based on observation lang po...
