    may puwede bang spray na chemical para hindi takaw sunog? matagal ko na gusto magkaroon pero natatakot ako baka pagsimulan ng sunog

    5 k yata yun 3m x 3m then 12k yun 12m x 3m. About sa sunog, prone talaga lalo na yun part ng bubong lalo na sa new year.

    just searched on sulit and found someone who's listing some prices:

    a. Nipa Cottage VIP size with table ( 4 x 4 feet ) Php 10,80000
    b. Nipa Cottage Family size with table ( 6 x 6 feet) Php 15,500.00
    c. Nipa Cottage Party Size with table ( 6 x 12 feet ) Php 28,600.00
    d. Nipa House Single - One (1) bedroom w/ sink ( 6 x 14 ft ) Php 41,600.00
    e. Nipa House Double- One 1 bedroom w/ Attic & sink ( 6 x 14 ft ) Php 52,000.00

    Hmmm, are these prices decent? btw i'm only interested in a. or b.
