ah, ST es Stock Trading po ;)

kung may experience kayo (naku double meaning na naman) paki share naman

i friend of mine told me that he trades conservatively and can earn about $100 to $200 a day. not bad especially in these hard times. unfortunately hindi ko na nakausap itong kaibigan ko

siguro tanong ko lang ay safe ba ito (naku another double meaning, har har har) at advisable

nung nag ttrade pa ung kakilala ko eh dun sya nag llog-in sa website nung broker nya (morgan). dun din sya syempre may account. bale bumibili (at nagbebenta) sya nang shares nya on-line, example N number of shares nang microsoft priced * $N.n. probably ung local banks dyan ang magiging stock broker nyo. baka sa phisix kayo allowed mag ST. dunno kung pwede sa DOW * NASDAQ.

ang advice ko lang po para sa mga gustong mag ST on-line. the internet is not a secure network. go to a broker you really trust. wag nyong gamitin ang savings nyo. trade only if you really have that "EXTRA" money. take it slow, a couple of cents here and there - ok na yun. buy low and sell high. finally, do a lot of research.. di masamang magmukhang ignorante * walang ipinanganank na marunong.

Kung gusto mong maka mura sa charging trade it on-line not over the phone. Hindi nga secure sa net pero puede mo namang taasan yung security level ng puter mo at tsaka dagdag kana rin ng ibang security SW. Kung tutusin hindi lang naman ikaw yung nag trade onl-line, ang dami jan. So far wala naman sinabing natamaan yung account nila.

San po kayo mag trade? Sa Pinas market or sa Tate kasi mas maganda sa tate maraming kang resources pag mag research ka. Good luck na lang.

Word of advise lang, its not easy money afterall. Napaka risky talaga, take note maraming naiipit rito. Some folks who play margin nag suicide nga noong bubbles. Bumuo ka muna ng emergency fund bago ka sumugod sa stock trading....... IMHO

I trade stocks thru a broker and monitor the stocks on line/ real time. I think that's safer. You can easily earn 300 k in one trade but can also lose that much if you make a mistake.

Try gcitrading.com. They have a demo on stock trading and see if you can get the hang of it if you want to trade on your own. But as a word of caution, stock trading is no "assured" money, nothing is what you call "easy" money. Always use money that you are willing to "loose" or you can afford to loose.

Ung friend ko kasali jan..problema nga lang hihintayin mo nang pagkatagal tagal ung graph na tumaas bago ka bibili or magbenta..

opinion ko lang: i only feel comfortable buying stocks in companies whose long-term profitability i believe in, and holding them for the long term.

my reason: capital markets and stock prices reflect the supply and demand of not only individual investors but also mainly the best research and intelligence from billion-dollar funds and institutional investors.

unless i had inside information (which use is illegal in the US) or i was brilliant like Warren Buffett (um, no), which made me believe that i knew something that no one else in the market knew, i wouldn't day-trade or play stocks like in a casino.

now, it's easier to make a profit in the Philippines, i think, because the capital market there is less efficient. it still seems like you can make profits because you know something that no one else does, or you can use connections to get in early on a hot IPO.

bottom line: trade at your own risk, and only trade with money you can afford to completely lose.

all that said, the online stock trading industry is very reputable and secure, as long as you go with very reputable companies (like Schwab or Ameritrade in the US...don't know what the local equivalents are)

Hindi ako marumong magbasa ng profound fundamentals sa companya kaya yung trading ko naka base sa technical analysis & speculation. It equate to day trade or short term lang. Minsan buy on rumor & sell on news ang scenario. Our leverage from US folks, wala tayong tax compare sa kanila kaya kahit barya barya na kita malaki tulong na rin sa ating bulsa.

Hindi ako nag trade sa Phisix medyo volatile kasi ang market ika nga no balls or bahag ang buntot ko. Pero nag trade ako sa US market (Nas, Dow, Amesx & OB's). Pls. find below some information on how to open an account.
- punta ka ng ameritrade or e-trade site
- open ka ng account on-line then mag fill-up kana rin on-line
- print mo yung form then fax mo sa kanila
- pag natangap nila yung fax mo, they will ack & then you will wire 2K US$ para makapag open ka ng account 25K US$ for margin naman (bihira lang silang mag approve ng margin account lalo na pag hindi ka taga US)
- pag natangap na nila yung pera, makita muna roon ang 2K mo as your balance
- puede ka nang mag trade on-line with a charging of 10$/transaction. pero you are require to trade at least 12 transaction per quarter para ma avail mo mababang charge else ma uwi ka sa ordinary trading with a higher charging.

Kung gusto mo naman mag trade sa iba pang market. Try mo ang DBS Vickers sa Singapore yun nga lang may kamahalan ang commission, 30$/transaction ang min na babayaran. Yung advantage mo lang puede ka mag trade sa US, UK, HK, China at tsaka sa Singapore.

Sana naka tulong ako at tsaka mag tanong kana rin kina Redhorse at tsaka Khayib. I believe nag stock trading rin sila hindi ko nga alam kung saang market..... Again ang masasabi ko lang high risk talaga ang stock trading, isama muna rin na hindi ka makatulog lalo na nag trade ka with different time zone. Then more time na rin sa puter para sa research mo....... GOOD LUCK bro.

ung mom ko po, tried trading last year... although, not with stocks... currency ata un eh... Euros and Pounds kse eh.. $10K ang binigay nya dun sa broker... tapos everytime, magtrade ka, u spend $1K... $1K = 1 lot... what can i say.. you win some, you lose some...

tama kayo na you should only trade with your extra money. para kasing sugal ito, in a sense

maybe if you trade conservatively (i.e. not greedily) you can probably pick up a few extra cash. if you can make even $100 a week, okay na siguro ito, hehehehe
