    Ayala Land to launch TriNoMa mall in May

    [SIZE=2]BY LIZA REYES[/SIZE]
    [SIZE=2]Ayala Land Inc. said Wednesday it will open next month the P3.5-billion TriNoMa (Triangle North of Manila) mall development in Quezon City, its single biggest retail project so far.[/SIZE]
    [SIZE=2]Ayala Land president Jaime Ayala told reporters that TriNoMa, which has a gross floor area of 195,000 sq m, is 90 percent leased out to date.[/SIZE]
    [SIZE=2]The shopping center, dubbed as a "super regional mall", will play house more than 550 high-end shopping and retail establishments.[/SIZE]
    [SIZE=2]The mall will also contain 8,000 parking slots, mostly hosted in its eight level parking lot, a garden in its upper floors, and 7 water features. It will be directly connected to the MRT's North Avenue station.[/SIZE]

    Regular route ko yan everytime maghatid or sundo sa wife ko who has
    office branch at SM Carpark. I happen to monitor the building progress
    though may kabagalan but I'm very excited once mag open yan.

    It's around 2 kms from our place. yahoo! kasawa na SM City

    Good news too.

    The biggest Timezone branch in the Philippines will be inside Trinoma (2x the size of the Glorietta 4 branch) at ito ang maging 2nd Ayala flagship store ng TZ Philippines.

    They are fast builders too.

    Nakita ko nga yung on-going construction ng Greenbelt 5. Grabe ang bilis sobra (in just a span of four months). With that kind of pace, kaya nilang tapusin iyan before the year ends.

    Actually, na-stall yung construction nyang TriNoMa. My suspicion is, someone tried to milk Ayala (i.e. extortion). Ayala's policy is to never give in to extortion (hence, their GLobe towers are often bombed by NPAs).

    They also don't bribe. Hence, the slow expansion of Globe (because of all the red tape you'll go through for an installation to get approved).

    Gateway Mall is owned by Araneta.

    Araneta spent around 8-10 Billion to redevelop Cubao and build Gateway mall.

    Asking MRT to make your location a station requires hundreds of Millions. I know that for a fact. hehehehe.

    then Fairmont hotel sa location nang Anson's and Park Square 1..
