haha... needed to look it up... akala ko kaparehas ng Oort Cloud. Off the top of my head:

The Oort Cloud is a region extending roughly up to 1 Astronomical Unit (meaning, it's pretty far out) from the sun, wherein ice and other debris from the formation of the Solar System is collected. Collisions and gravitational pertubations in this region cause some of the debris to fall inwards towards the sun, these become comets.

The Kuiper Belt is apparently a smaller region, around the orbit of Neptune, made of the same kind of debris, from which short period comets are thought to originate.
