not sure about the answers to your questions pero sabi sa talk show ni atty karen jimeno a lot of those bmw vehicles were modified for security purposes (nilagyan daw ng armored plating or something to that effect) according to the spokeswoman of bmw. kaya hindi siya off-the -rack brand new beemer kung baga

Yep gaya ng mga inimport ng consul deployed abroad, pag inuwi dito yung oto tax free. Pag binenta babayaran ng buyer yung taxes

The APEC 520d is still available for around 3-3.5m which is a significant discount over the regular 520d at 4m. I believe BMW brought in too many.
