Guys,
Quick question, November 18 and 19, 2015 (APEC SUMMIT), was declared as Special Non-Working holiday.
Is this holiday only cover schools? or pati government offices close during these days?
If government offices are closed, is it all government offices? or just in manila where the meeting will be held?
