Hey, have any of you tried any of them egg dishes at Balut Eggsspress?

I was at Galeria yesterday with two foreign lady visitors from NYC. They said they were curious about balut and 'kwek-kwek'. I remembered there was that Balut Eggsspress in Gale' so we tried it.

I ain't fond of eating balut but man, their friend balut was something else! However, my two lady friends were only able to finish a quarter of the balut. They liked the kwek-kwek and the deep fried day-old chick though.

Now, I'm thinking of buying a dozen if them deep fried balut to take with me to Sagada next week.
