    beds space is just that.
    several people, several beds, several rooms.
    they share the common toilet, sala, kitchen, and main door.
    it's no big deal, especially if each bedspacer has his own different work schedule.
    we-in-our-workplace-neighborhood, do it all the time.
    it helps keep expenses down.
    para madagdagan pa yang 3M !

    it can be a house with several rooms, or it can be a condo or townhouse.

    Eh kaya hindi ako nagadvice eh saan mo igagarahe kotse dito manila. Alam nyo naman ako no parking, walang karapatan to buy a car.

    So improve muna yung tirahan. Nakaipon 3million tapos bedspace.... really????
    To be fair, I had the same thoughts when I read that thread at first.

    Kaya hindi rin nakakapagtataka na malaki ipon. Simple living eh. Kaya nga ang dapat na advise is live a little - buy a car if you want, but also a place to stay.

    exactly, yung flatmate/housemate/condo mate, that's just a glorified bedspace. A nicer term.

    sanitation engineer = basurero.
    floor director = janitor.
    hardinero = house botanist.
    labandera = lavender or washing machine.
    tsuper = transporter.
    kusinera = chef.
    gard = security.

    OT = "as an aside".

    Wooah... easy lang dude. I checked my posts on my first thread and they’re not in pure English. Some, mali pa nga pagkakagamit ko ng words upon checking...

    Anyway, I do not think I need to prove anything about my accomplishment. The reason I mentioned my savings on the first thread is not to boast but because I know my savings is a factor for other readers to give their sincere advice or opinions. Your opinions will be different if I didn’t mention my current “lifestyle” and savings.

    As for this current thread, I’m just imagining myself working then bringing the car in MM. just want to ask other people’s experience na nagwowork sa MM, probinsyano and nagrerent lng ng bedspace if ever meron dito sa forum na ganung peepz

    it's better forward-thinking, than others who buy a car and park it in front of the fire hydrant, because that's the only space left available.

    Yun nga doc eh.

    Att yung start ng post nya eh pinag-aaralan ko yun pattern ng english sabay tagalog. Familiar eh kaya hindi ako nagpost doon.

    Inantay ko na magpopost ulit. Oh di ba.

    Ano naman problema kung English or Tagalog yung post niya? Bilingual naman mga Pilipino.

    Kaya siguro siya may P3M kasi nga nagbe bedspace siya. That's just the term he uses but I have a lot of single colleagues with good salaries who do the same. They rent a condo and share it with other people. They call them housemates or flatmates. Buti nga siya may P3M, yung BFF ko, mid 30s na, up until now may housemate pa rin at kahit P1M wala.

    But these people I know who share a condo, wala silang auto. Kasi they rent condos that are close enough for them to walk to work.

    Tingnan mo cathy girl. Ang haba ng thread nya pero ako nakapuna jan sa bedspace. Hindi nagmamatch ang bedspace, 3million, kotse. Habang nakakaipon ng kwarta eh magiimprove din dapat to make your life easy. So tirahan muna bago kotse.

    at sa naalala ko gusto pa magka-gf or chicks.

    Gumastos muna sa tirahan.

    kags, you seem to be awe-struck by that 3M.
    move on, sir.
    may ganyang tao.
    kuripot.

    Ask your current landlord baka may alam sya. Malay mo, may space sya sa bahay nya na pwede ipa rent.

    Curious lang, were you ignored and under-appreciated as a child kaya lagi kang nagbubuhat ng sarili mong bangko? Lahat nalang ng thread kailangan mong iclaim na magaling ka eh, kahit wala namang nagaagree sayo. Anybody here has car working and renting in Metro Manila?
