di ko maimagine yun anti rape condom, ilalagay ng babae sa loob everytime? so di ba hassle yun sa babae? kung ganun the the device would just scar the rapist once he inserted his thing sa loob, e di the act of rape is still made, tipong nakapasok pa din yung guy inside? am i right?

In other countries, admissible lang yata as rape if the ***ual act was consummated. Iba kasi yung definition natin ng rape eh. Yung tipong pati insertion lang ng daliri sa pwerta ng biktima eh considered as rape na, under the revised penal code. We even define forced oral *** as rape.
