maganda suggestion ni kiper... maganda rin multi-level complex... spaces na tig 6-10sqm each yun ang pa-rent mo tapos gawa ka ng carwash sa first floor or barbershop or kahit ano... pwede rin bookstore... basta kahit anong mangyari sa amin mo na yan paconstruct... may discount ka ako bahala... hehehehe or pwede rin natin tayuan ng bahay yan tapos ibenta...
