    - Immodium
    - Paracetamol (for adults and kids)
    - Alcohol
    - Betadyne
    - Band-aid
    - Anti-itch lotion
    - Scissors
    - Tooth ache drops
    - Spirit of Ammonia
    - Cotton
    - Cotton buds
    - Blade cutter
    - Soap
    - towel

    kung aakyat ako ng bundok dinadagdagan ko na lang.
