Hi guys! Meron akong isang tanong. When I see some cars na may puro stickers, I encounter these:

Any ideas what are these? I don't really know what that means... I've seen those in Japanese cars...

    "badge of shame" hehe.

It means you're on your first year of driving on public roads. a novice driver.

the orange and yellow badge is for drivers aged 70 and over.

I'm not sure if it's the proper term, but the newbie driver "leaf" badge is called "wakaba." The orange-and-yellow one is called "kareha."

Uls is correct though the "wakaba" is more appropriately called "Shoshinsha"

    はい、若葉と枯葉は正解です。

shoshinsha (初心者) means beginner or a novice.

I call it "badge of shame" because I feel that way every time I get to drive the company car. I've only gotten my Japanese driver's license 5 months ago so I have to stick it on the front and the back.
