    As the subject goes since palapit na ang mga 13th/14th month ng mga empleyado (alam ko iyong mga iba as early as now meron na!). Ano ang gagawin ninyo sa bonus ninyo? :D

    13th month pay? My boss would tell me that the year only goes to the 12th month then laugh.

    Dito sa Saudi, meron kami Bonus (kaso Feb. binibigay). 13th month? Wala.

    Pero sa Manila, merong Bonus, 13th month minsan hanggang 15th month salary pa, depende sa kumpaniya. Iyon dati ABS-CBN, hanggang 15th month pa ata sila. Ewan ko na ngayon.

    Ano gagawin sa Bonus? Papadala sa pamilya. Yun iba, sa bangko. Hirap ng buhay.

    Other workers from Telco companies(Globe,Smart) gets 18 to 22 months bonus. I dunno if they still give these incentives..

    will buy a motorcycle (a 2nd hand honda wave maybe).

    gamitin pagpasok since office is just 1 km from home and using the car is very impractical considering the cost of gasoline. we live inside a university campus so it's much safer to drive. ok naman kay misis kaya mag aambag na din daw siya hehehe.

    hmmm..... nakalaan na po for next year new house, and 2nd hand car... mabuti na lang si wifey, di lang 13th month, may midyear, profitsharing, etc. pa sya hehhe!! sa kanya na lang ako hihingi ng 13th month hehehe

    i came from one of those companies, hindi na ganyan kalaki ang incentives the last 2 years...
