dipende sa hilig mo. ano ba trip mo gawin?
at first you've got to do business as a hobby, enjoy and have fun doing it. don't pressure yourself about the profit and all that money matters. pero shempre, di ka naman dapat papalugi.
that amount is already big to start a small biz.
- food cart is good. dami nag-ooffer na 16K lang
- bilyaran, start up with 1 table, pag nagboom then add another
- small internet cafe, start ka rin with 1 pc/unit
gawin mo akong biz partner. hehe
invest in our t-shirt biz if you like =)

digital na ngaun, scrapbooking design makes your photos look classy/elegant/or cute.Last edited by oldblue; September 1st, 2007 at 06:33 PM.

A lot can be done with that kind of capital. Ika nga, money makes money. You can do what I did and find a niche market and be one of the best, or with that kind of capital, go into production. Agri or farming business is also a good one, with a good consultant and advanced farming techniques, a hectare of land can produce 10-15M worth of fruits/crops per season. That's what my dad is into. Cash crops, mangoes, pomelos, etc.

if I have 4M, mag-franchise ako ng figaro o kaya coffee shop tapos kakabitan ko ng wifi
o kaya Fedex or LBC franchise.
the problem with the older generation eh hindi nila malaman kumbakit ang hina ng biz ngaun. kasi lahat ng younger generation nakatutok sa internet
if you want to watch series/dvd/documentaries, download.
if you want to listen to new music, download.
if you want short entertainment, youtube.
if you feel like talking, video chat with headset or forums.
if you need to express yourself, blogs.
if you want to play, online network or mind games.
if you want to buy something, shop & surf.
if you want be productive, read and participate interactively.
if you want to sell something, setup a site.
if you want to sell your body, friendster
what's left to the malls, food, coffee, basic & body services, fitting rooms. ang mag-aarrest sa success ng SM Malls will not be another world-class mall, internet ang papatay sa kanya.
so if you want to get a biz that will click in the future, either go back to the basics or beat the internet.
kaya naisip ko yun dalawa sa itaas, coffee shop will be the cheapest urban escape when you want to surf in peace and do something productive, away from your rowdy kasambahays. LBC/Fedex well that is one the internet cant do, transport real objects.
3M Color Stable series are all above 50% TSER. RFID readable through the tint, stays good for...
What's the best car tint brand and color?
