99.9%? what's the basis for this? heck, we are just a speck of a country for the US to waste so much time.

for comparison, japan & korea is hosting US bases but can you say that the US is dictating their national interests right now?

the family of the beheaded American hostage showed a lot of courage by saying that not all Saudi Arabians are like that - and these are just wayward elements. they even said that the victim loved the country so much.

what have we got to show? that we got no balls? only our country decided to pull out our contingent (a measly one at that). the rest stayed put. if the local terrorist here also used that tactic - what will happen? plus, why so much fuss over him when more innocent civilians are dying in mindanao because of these islamic militants?
