good investment ang exterminator. .magastos sa umpisa pero in the long run mas sulit. bahay namin napabayaan and we spent hundreds of thousands to have our house renovated

ill ask my dad to give you a good price since fellow tsikoteer ka pm me your real name thanks
termites are usually expensive, may regular soil treatment kasi yan di kaya isang bigayan lang, we have to ensure na dali nga yung queen...
hi guys
PM mo lang ako if you are interested.
If visible na yung mga anay or may traces na kayo kung saan sila dumadaan, may alternative akong binebenta, yung do-it yourself BIONEEM 3-in-1 organic liquid concentrate, hindi siya kill on contact kaya mas effective kasi may "transfer effect" siya pag natamaan ng puro yung mga worker termites, maghahalikan yung mga termites and eventually mahahawa ang mga queen termite/s ... it destroys the biological life cycle ng termite kasi 1st anti-feedant siya, it will then stop destroying wood, and eventually dahil hindi na makakain they will die and won't be able to reproduce. Non-toxic po siya at non-solvent, at non-flammable, biodegradable at pwede ispray or iapply even in the presence of food, people, pets or plants. A gallon is recommended for a regular home and could be diluted up to 1:3 ratio with water for termites and cockroach. You could spray it freely sa paligid kasi disinfectant and affects up to 200 types of harmful insects.
Na-try ko na po siya kaya wala na po ako napapansin na new termite signs sa bahay... maintenance ko na lang po siya for prevention of ipis, bukbok, surot, langaw, lamok and also serves as a general disinfectant around the house. 1 gallon nga pala is P2,571 only.
2/3 yung diesel fuel mixed with 1/3 of engine oil. Try nyo!
lagi kong nakikitang nag aadvertise sa sinehan ung Sentricon. Dunno how the process goes exactly, but they bore holes around your house, where they put the anti -termite pesticide. After the initial installation, maintenance na lang ata nung gamot.
+1 sa suggestion ni sir yebo; nung pinarepair namin ung bahay way back, we painted solignum on all the wood used for the repair.
ang uso ata ngayon is to use "poisoned food", i.e. leave the poison where termintes roam, then the workers bring the food back to the queen; queen eats food, queen dies, colony dies.
Mga sir, just be vigilant when hiring these Anay Exterminators. Pag di ka nakatingin e baka maglaglag sila ng 1 queen then after 1 year e balik uli yung colony. Yan ang karaniwang modus nila.![]()
DIY na lang ginagawa ko...hehehe
ang mahal kasi eh we were paying 28K/year for our anay treatment, although wala pa kaming sign ng anay infestation since ginawa yun bahay namin. gumagamit lang sila ng pressure washer to pump-in yun treatment sa loob ng bahay namin since before ginawa yun bahay nakaalgay na sila ng mga pipings under ng floors namin all around the house so saksakan na lang ng hose yun dulo ng pipings sa labas to pump in the treatment...

Madali namang hanapin, and sometimes, dalawa pa nga sila, nasa magkaibang location nga lang. Tapos tinitiris namin, parang nana sa sugat, hehe.
Yung ibang kalaro namin, ayaw nga nilang sumali kasi akala nila, magagalit yung nuno sa punso.
Wala lang...
me quote sa bahay ni erpats MAPECON last december.
300sqm resdtial
13.7k PHP
1 general treatment for house and lot
quarterly main for 1yr
Free yung site survey.
Extermination quotes will significantly be lower than BAITING. What the former doesn't tell you is the cost of repairs on removed/damaged panels from treatment access & infestation itself. The approach will be aggressive. Extermination is limited to spot killing of the visible/reachable. And their warranty is strictly for retreatment, not for the damage once another attack happens within its coverage....I have witnessed succeeding bouts happen after repairs are done. Ouch.
Baiting is passive. It won't require disturbing the infestation or attack but rather the opposite. It invites the workers to take the bait to the colony via ground & above ground stations....& it's the most effective. The massacre, complete. You get to the source...& your neighbors who are affected by the same colony will thank you for it.[emoji4]
Most of the time, if the damage isn't structural/unsightly, you can leave or postpone them repairs til either it's time to renovate/refresh or when budget allows.
For best prevention, termite resistance should be covered as early as the architectural planning phase. I would suggest a comprehensive RETICULATION SYSTEM be integral to the structure's subfloor.
What's that cliche? An oz. of prevention>a lb. of cure? Less costly, too.[emoji4]

Just be very careful handling termite chemicals, they are neurotoxins just like lead and asbestos. Leave it to the pro when in doubt.
Our house has termites! Our members are unfortunately right when I complained about fire flies and I was told that it's termites![]()
I was able to confirm this because the plywood in our ceiling is peeling and my Mom told me to tape it temporarily (literally our house in tagpi tagpi LOL) We thought it was because there was a leak in our roof somewhere as we have not done any sort of maintenance since 2019 because of the pandemic. Upon checking the ceiling it was already hollow underneath. There are parts that are still solid but when I poked it, out came the termites!!!
My parents room is made of wood (even the walls are wood panels) I told my Mom she might wake up one day and the bed is on the ground naThe beams used for the flooring are steel so that should not happen :P
I don't know what to do because we cannot let anyone inside because of the virus. If we do anay treatment, I am afraid that it is dangerous to my dogs? My bicol lab stays outside while my fat lab goes out to pee and poop. I absolutely cannot risk the health of my labs.
Now my Mom is blaming me because I refused to have any maintenance done at home because of the china virus![]()
Dami rin dito sa amin, seems to happen every year with the arrival of the rainy season. Dami pa kasi empty lots nearby.
Does anyone know if this brand works?
