    On ANC they showed her previous SONA from 2001-2005 and of course the one she just made. The one thing that stood out is how she went from dressing conservative business attire w/ minimal jewelry to the one now in which she has a large gold necklace and custom embroidered filipiniana dress. Must be the millions being stolen from taxpayers(sorry to the GMA supporters).

    kaya may pera dahil sa reenacted budget during the past few years. may mga allocations dati na tapos na ang project kaya papasok ngayon ito sa president's contingent fund which she can use at her disposal, because it does not need congress' approval.

    agree. pero marami din ang project na kailangan ng dagdag na pondo like election sa 2007, dahil wala eto sa last budget approved mag kakaroon naman ng supplementary budget kaya parang break even lng.IMO

    Personally, anti gma ako kc dahil sa kanya umalis ako sa govt service. ( umalis ako sa pinaka gusto kong trabaho dahil sa kanya.) pero kung papakingan natin mabuti yung SONA nya. maraming magandang project atleast alam natin na may plano sya para sa bansa. kung pondo ang problema, maraming paraan dyan,

    1. BOT( Build operate transfer) nagbigay na ng intention ang Fil -Chi businessman basta mapasa lng ang BOT LAW.

    2. Foreign Funding projects-- kung Mapapatupad mabuti yung projects paniguradong makaka generate eto ng additional income na sufficient pambayad sa foreign funding.

    3. yung sabi ni Sir Van Wilder -- MERON TAYONG SURPLUS

    Maganda naman pala plano ni Madam, sana at di sona. Sana maging totoo.

    Kaya nga lang masaya na rin ang mga politiko, may pang leverage na naman sila para pagkakwartahan. Maging oposisyon o pro-administration pera pera lang malamang ang patakaran. Maging kaliwa o sa kanan, pera rin naman ang kanilang kailangan. Dito na nga ba lumalabas sa larangang politika ang pagka enterprising ng Pinoy?
