All About Footwear...

during Sunday Mass, during Communion.
i have this habit of seeing the footwear of those in queue for Communion, as they walk by.
today, in one line alone, i saw at least six pairs of tigers on the feet of what do not look like members of the same family. youngsters and not-so-youngsters.
while on other days, the nikes or the adidae win, today it's tigers.

Uncaged hapit sobra sa ankle part. Pero bagay with jeans or jogging pants.


Some prefer to wear it with mid-cut socks kasi medyo irritating doon sa achilles area if low cut yung socks.

For me, Caged>Laceless>Uncaged

BTT: For me, timeless designs are Converse Chuck Taylor, Adidas Stan Smith and Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66. But my ultimate driving shoes is the Mexico 66 even vs driving loafers i've tried.

I currently have 5 in my rotation :

1 black low rise chucks
1 white mexico 66 with red and blue accents
1 grey ultraboost
1 all white reebok C85
1 brown wingtips for office

The chucks and the tigers get the most "feet time"?

Mostly rubbershoes na eversince nagpalit ng manager sa work. Casual na lang unlike formal dati everyday, so I have around 7 running/trail shoes (1 Nike, 5 NB, 1 Asics)
Sayang mga balat ko, have around 4 brand new pairs pa, at 5 slightly used, sale kasi nung binili, tapos biglang casual na, so hindi ko na nagagamit, hindi naman pwede isoli...

I saw a guy wearing classic Gucci loafers. Have not seen anyone wear this since the 80s hahaha. It looks so good. Guy is at least 50s. Plain collared shirt and jeans lang pero shoes ang nagdala.

Yung collared shirt na nakataas 80s din nauso yan diba. I don't like that porma at all. Pero yung Gucci classic loafers niya maganda talaga. Makulay na socks pa suot. Hahaha.
