right now may rehab ako sa physical therapist yun naman tuhod ko sabi ng doctor may acute arthritis daw ako may tubig
pwdeng gout din daw cause, tinanong ko dati ng na injured yun tuhod ko sa basketball but it was decades ago

Di naman cath i have the 574s before & it looks awesome & comfy unless you have a bigger feet.

gout? mahirap na sakit yan. di mo na magamit ng husto mga peborit footwears mo

may katrabaho ako dati sa qatar at since madalas pagkain dun ay karne ng manok at baka, ayun kapag tumaas ang uric acid niya nag swell yung hinlalaki ng paa. then hirap na hirap na makalakad, after a day or two aakyat naman sa tuhod. he can't even stand up to go to the toilet. the way i saw him grimaced in pain only showed na talagang ang hirap magkaroon ng sakit na yan. then after ka magpa-check ng doctor, ang dami ng bawal na foods what my colleague did was to drink daily lots and lots of water to help flushed the acids, he exercise regularly and reduced his weight and become picky w/ food he eats. pero kahit anong iwas niya sa fats at protein rich foods, umaatake pa rin daw once or twice a year...
