    Just had an affidavit made through our secretary. When she gave it to me, my CTC details is not indicated there.

    > Can I just write down my CTC details? Or do I need to have it typewritten?

    > Do I need to sign over the affidavit?

    I think handwriting would do without any signature or initial on it.

    agree you can just write your ctc number, place and date of issue then sign the affidavit as the affiant.
