I honestly find it disappointing na 2023 and ang hirap pa din maghanap ng property for sale/rent dito sa Pinas.... and once you find one, ang hirap ka-transact ng owner.

Yung isang business namin sa South, yung owner ng property has the time to visit the shop every month to collect the rent in cash!

In other countries kung saan kami based before, 1-2 agents lang kausap ko... yung owner may sariling agent din, may times nga na di ko na nakita si owner, agents na bahala sa lahat ng transactions... pati kapag may issue ka sa unit, si agent na bahala.

Now, we're looking at properties sa South and we're thinking na magikot ikot na sa mga subdivision to ask the guards kung may alam silang houses na for sale.
