Yung protektor nga daw dyan sa Northern Luzon is Manong Johnny, pero sa Subic ay yung trying-hard actor na anak ng Pandak. Kaya hindi matitigil ang smuggling

Mikey Arroyo: Who, me? A smuggler?

MANILA, Philippines -- Smuggler? Don’t look at me.
The elder son of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on Wednesday said he did not feel alluded to as the “congressman very, very close to the President” who was behind smuggling operations at the Subic freeport.
Pampanga Representative Juan Miguel “Mikey” Arroyo said this was because he had nothing to do with these illegal activities and was, in fact, supporting a renewed government crackdown against big-time smugglers.
“I don’t feel alluded to,” he told the Philippine Daily Inquirer, parent company of INQUIRER.net.
Citing records of smuggling activities at Clark and Subic, Senator Panfilo Lacson had earlier alleged that one of the biggest smugglers in the former American naval base was someone belonging to Arroyo’s inner circle.
Senator Richard Gordon, former head of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, then alleged that one of these smugglers was a “congressman” who was “very, very close to the President.”
The President’s younger son, Dato, and brother-in-law Ignacio are also congressmen.
Mikey Arroyo said it was possible that there were people using his name for their smuggling activities.
“It’s not my fault,” he said. “It’s the fault of the people dropping my name.”
He said he had asked his mother Tuesday night to tell heads of government agencies “never to entertain people using my name.”
“If there are people involved in illegal activities, they should just catch them right away,” he said. “For the record, I’ve made this call time and again.”
Arroyo said he had also written and phoned the Bureau of Customs, Presidential Anti-Smuggling Group, National Bureau of Investigation, and the Philippine National Police to guard against people using his name.
