    hmm, that may be part of the plan, to favor PAL, get back market share. Heckuva lot easier to do when you build/own the airport

    Di ba itinaboy ang CebuPac sa NAIA-3 when questions started popping up about its construction? CebuPac didn't seem to mind though.

    A modern airport vs. a severely limited/ dilapidated one is a no-brainer decision.

    Mas malapit airport sa bahay mo nyan.

    Will San Miguel have the financial clout to pursue such? that wont be a PAL exclusive airport if it is built through. It will need all the airlines to support such an endeavor.

    They will just open up long term corporate bonds with 4-6% interest rate. For SMC, that's cheaper than borrowing from the bank. For investors, it's better than bank interest rates. In fact, they just did open up last March with 6% interest.

    SMC relies entirely on borrowing to stay in business

    Oo nga bro... Ngayon pa lang nagtata-talak ni si CVillar... Puwede bang ilipat through "training" ang natural na migration path ng mga ibon sa isang man-made lake or something a few kilometers away na "malayo sa normal na take-off, landing corridor" ng mga eroplano???...

    Isama ninyo na rin sina CV sa paglipat...

    as if naman yun "bird sanctuary" hundreds of years na andoon eh reclaimed din naman yun "bird sanctuary" eh...saka diba ang balita kaya hinaharang nila Villar dahil hinde sila sinali maging partner sa mga development doon sa reclaimed areas. personal interest din lang yan

    Titibagin ba ang 600 houses sa area ng Multinational Village at magtatayo ba ng parallel runway sa current NAIA?

    Magtatayo ng bagong airport sa reclaimed land ng Manila Bay?

    Wala namang pagtatalo na kulang na ang quality at kapasidad ng airport ngayon....

    E di, huwag nang pag-isipan,- gawin na kaagad kahit ano sa dalawa para pakinabangan na ng bansang Pilipinas!

    Kung matutuloy ang parallel runway sa current NAIA - magkakaalaman na kung tama ang mga deklarasyon sa amilyar ng mga bahay at lupa riyan sa maaapektuhang villages.... :hysterical:

    May ginagawang diversion road ngayon diyan sa tagliran ng runway....- ituloy nang parallel runway iyan!!! Wala nang esep-esep.- ang tatalino ninyo sa gobyerno,- gamitin ninyo ang utak ninyo!
