medyo ot pero...any truth to the story that the americans invented the .45 handguns 'coz the .38's couldn't stop the muslim warriors during their occupation?

yup... walang .45 for the DE... .50 yung pinakamalakas nila...

malakas rin ang recoil... hehehe... mostly ang gamit ng DE is for HUNTING!!! pero according to gun enthusiasts, maganda ang accuracy ng DE considering na handgun siya.

    badkuk,

Yes, it is true that the americans invented the .45 caliber M1911 because the .38 caliber service pistol could not stop the muslims going crazy with their "kris". That is why the M1911 was designed for maximum stopping power. There is a lot of info on this on the net if you care to research.

OT pero medyo related. laro kayo ng counterstrike. choose the desert eagle. feel its accuracy and stopping power.... parang rifle na rin pag long distance... hehehe.

there are optional attachments to the DE.

for extended effective range, there's this extended barrel mainly used in hunting.

i wouldnt want to own one though. bukod sa mabigat, kaunti pa bala. i'd rather have a .45, 9mm or 380 with 15 rd magazines. pwede ka lumaban sa naka M16.

may bayad, P500 ang ptt, good for 3 months. punta ka lang sa pb tapos apply ka ptt, release after 1 week. nilalagay nila dun 6 na shooting ranges. pb, jethro, marikina, may isa sa calookan yata, isa sa makati saka isa sa cavite. you can transport your gun from your house to any of those 6 places.

ang ptc last na sabi sa akin ng contact namin sa crame is 5k na, hindi pa daw sigurado. antay ko pa next year na ko mag-apply ng ptc, di ko pa need ngayon eh.

How is that possible? Shrapnel coming from the bullet fragment? shrapnel coming from the skull/bones?
    I think its called "hollywood"

for the .45 or .50 caliber argument:

Mark VII Desert Eagle Pistol is available in .357 and .44

Mark XIX Desert Eagle Pistol is available in .357, .44, and .50 AE

    pareho kayong tama, hehehe.
