DESPITE the deployment ban to Iraq and Lebanon and the slowdown in the processing of work documents to Taiwan, the government's 2006 target of deploying one million overseas Filipino workers is short by only 8,539 as of November 20, Labor Secretary Arturo Brion said Tuesday.
Wow! May target pala sila.

The solution to the country's economic problem is very complex. Stating that OFW deployment is the only solution to that is very generalized statement.
