Given that the kid hasn't hit puberty yet, a paternity test could be in order.
With some girls having their menarche as early as 8, it's not uncommon for pregnancies from that age onwards (youngest on record is 5), but boys, on the other hand... unless you've hit puberty, you just don't produce enough sperm to guarantee impregnation... and if you aren't the only ***ual contact of the girl, chances are, you're not the daddy.
