Saw an ad at the car finder section a mini being sold without papers. Just wondering how can it be registered ?

well you can pay for taxes para magka papers yon legitimately provided yung nagpasok nuon eh meron Customs payment papers. Or wait for amnesty ng customs para wala ng questions where and how you aquired the car in the event na walang Customs Payment.

Pwede din maghanap ng old minis at gamitin ang mga body and engine tags. Ive heard also na merong available na " resurrected" o dead files na binunot sa LTO. Ingat lang dahil naghihigpit sila sa transfer. Bka wala ng amnesty dahil nagsimula na ang crack down sa mga questionable registration ng imported vehicles.
