W210 or E39?

Hi sirs magtatanong lang ako. Which would be a better buy?

2000-2002 W210 or 2001-2003 E39? Assuming both local purchased, complete casa records, less than 40,000km, and same price range (under 1m)?

1) Cheaper to maintain?

2) Nice, comfortable interior yet fun to drive?

3) Estimated city FC? Kaya ba 8-10 km/liter?

4) Assuming I will use it upto 100,000km? Which will have less problems down the road?

5) Bigger doors, better with ingress & egress?

But.. I'll give a shot at answering your questions.

Honestly based on experience with both cars (we had both for 4 yrs and we decided to sell the w210 and keep the e39), go for the E39...that's no joke. Assuming both are either stock or both with their respective sport packages, you should test drive both cars. And there you will really really feel the difference between the 2 cars. The E39 is really the performance oriented luxury sport sedan...hands down. The w210 is just simply a luxury sedan period. Don't get me wrong, I do like both cars but the e39 is really different...once you drive it, you'll know what I mean.

Both cars will give you a superior image when in to and has it respective strengths and in the end, it'll still be your choice, mik.
