Planning to buy a 300SE but the driver seat has some damage sa fabric. Just wanted to get an idea on my options before I take the plunge and buy it.

1) Is there a surplus seat available kaya?
2) Is it adviseable to change the fabric to leather? Medyo mahal nga lang kasi lahat.
3) repair the seat with same fabric?
4) Or just use seat covers?

BTW, the color of the interior is blue.

i like the design, and it looks big. my kind of car :-). is it cheap or just right? i think it says 1988 mb 280e. looked in wikipedia there's no model like this. maybe it's a facelifted version of an older model?

Saw that car before on dısplay at the car exchange at Alabang Town Center almost a year ago, ıts a 1988 260 SE, I thınk 395t yata ang askıng noon, but I got another w126, a 1990 260SE whıch I got for 220T. Now go fıgure!

Got na my 126 and having it re-upholstered first before I use it. I also changed shocks and some other suspension parts. Will post pics pag tapos na.

up to what year did the w126 models see production? what's the latest model year can i expect to see in the buy and sell yards here in the philippines?

W126 production lasted til' 1991. you can still find last year models here. mid year production models had "facelift". mga sir sa 126 na worth around P250k, what condition of the car should we expect? eh sa around P350k?
