Since talo si Villar and may possibility na tanggalin si willie boy sa ABS, eh I wouldn't be surprised if nahinto or napostpone ang pagtuloy sa project na iyan.

But if willie boy really decides to push that project through, then he has the ways naman on how will he get some moolah. Yun nga lang, he needs to sacrifice something from his exotic car fleet if ever ubos na lahat ng moolah niya sa kanyang bank account.

Ang pagkaka alam ko diyan sa JV na yan is that Willie owns the lot, Villar's group will construct the building. So kahit matanggalan ng trabaho si Willie walang effect sa project yan kasi kanya na yung lupa(even if Villar backs out from the project he can always look for other developers to do the project).

Sa kaso naman ni Villar na natalo, I dont think na ganun siya katanga na kahit talo siya sa election ubos ang kaban niya. Yung mga ganyang level ng kayamanan iba takbo ng isip niyan. Duda ko diyan kahit bigyan mo ng sampung piso ngayon, milyunaryo yan in 3 years. Parang si Donald Trump may billionaire's mindset.

Nope kahit lugi si villar sa venture na yan, marami pa ring pera yan. Remember 10 bilyon ang kinita nya sa ilegal na pagbenta nya ng stocks. Mga 2 bilyon ginastos nya sa elections so meron pa siyang 7 Bilyon. Atsaka mautak na businessman yang si villar.
