What Are You Watching Today?

Iron Fist on Netflix. Was excited for the character until the first fight scenes. Action seems like it's in slow motion. How can you convince people to watch a character based on a mastery of martial arts if the action isn't good?

Agree. The action scenes especially the martial arts choreography pale in comparison to what Marvel has done for its cinematic heroes.

Yeah no comparison really. Chris Evans made Captain America a lot less corny than in the comics. Scarjo is so good, I'd even see a standalone Black Widow film.

In Iron Fist sometimes I feel like I'm still watching Loras Tyrell trying to fight hehe.

They're trying too hard to keep it (fight scenes) realistic, forgetting that Iron Fist is a super hero (enhanced).

The quality should be at least the same as the fight scenes in Captain America or Daredevil.

Just finished 3 seasons of Love from Netflix. Almost stopped watching by the end of season 2 because I hated what's happening. Glad that I pushed it through 3rd season and it was great.

I just came across this on FB. Normally I don't like Asian beauty but she has to be the most captivating Asian beauty I have seen in my entire life. Interestingly, she is half American. I read a study that Caucasian + Asian make the most beautiful combination. I imagine that's how a goddess must look like.
