Overrated film imo. No clear plot and could not really understand ender's role in this film that was promoted from a mere cadet to admiral. Overall I rate this film 6/10.

Just because you can't understand a film, its is already bad. Ender is chosen to led the group - supposedly in a simulated wargame - but actually it is a real war. Kaya siya nagmaoy nung huli. Siya ang dahilan kaya naubos ang isang entire race. Hindi niya magagawa yun kung ay emotion kasi, dapat puro logic, reason and strategy lang which is he is the best among the candidates.

Kung totoong sundalo ka, mag-aalangan ka mamatay kung cadet lang nag-uutos sa'yo. Pero kung Admiral, alam mo na sundalo talaga yan at kahit papano, may matinding training at abilidad kaya naging admiral. Hindi naman sinabi nang leaders na bata yung admiral eh.

Parang si Robocop lang yan, kapag may conscience, mas mabagal magreact. Pero tanggalin mo yun at emotion, eh di parang robot na end goal lag ang mahalaga.

BTT: Robocop nung Friday. 9/10 for me. Medyo kulang pa sa acting yung lead actor eh pero everything else is very good for me.

You should really read the novel where this movie was based on so you can get a better grasp on the plot and why Ender was promoted quickly up the ranks. In a nut shell, it is the difference on how we play video games with computer characters and how we do real life decisions where real people die. Kids have a better natural decision on tactics especially if they see it as a "game" and also better at adapting to changing battle scenarios. Adults have developed habits where their battle decisions can be predictable which can be taken advantage by the enemy's ever changing tactics.

i read the books and honestly think that this movie was too short and a lot of important things wasn't explained properly. i guess that's why non book readers wouldn't understand a lot of things, anyway they should have made this atleast 2 movies for people to understand it much better. in my opinion this movie could've been so much better if they didn't cramp the book into 1 movie.

I agree with you that this movie was too short to really capture the novel's development on Ender's character and of his squad as well. I was kinda disappointed that how he used his squad's "unique" personalities to his better advantage.

ROBOCOP (2014)



I kinda loved the updated technology for Robocop. I just hated the way the battle scenes were filmed. Too much movement that you cannot see the details clearly.

BTW, ROBOCOP was made in China... LOL!

Two(2) hollywood superstars breaking out of prison. I wish it was that easy on what Stallone did in real life prison. Didn't see the twist coming at the end of the film. Have a lovely day *sshole! Boom! Overall, I rate this film 8/10. Now, where could i get the ***tant device to try it out myself.
