Ted Failon's Wife Still Critical in ICU

MANILA, Philippines—(UPDATE) Police are now looking for ABS-CBN broadcaster Ted Failon, who has reportedly been missing after bringing his wife, who had been shot, to a Quezon City hospital Wednesday, the director of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) said.
"We are looking for him," Chief Superintendent Roberto Rosales said. "Reports said Failon has fled, iniwanan niya yung wife niya sa [he left his wife in the] hospital."

The statement was released in reaction to reports that Failon, Ted Etong in real life, and his wife were involved in a shooting incident.
Rosales said they needed Failon to shed light on the incident that supposedly happened at the broadcaster’s Tierra Pura residence.
"All we know is ang asawa ni Ted ay may tama sa ulo [the wife of Ted has a wound in the head]," Rosales told INQUIRER.net in a phone interview.

They brought her to the New ERA Hospital were she was declared clinically dead due to a gunshot wound to the head. Iniwan nya at umuwi agad. The Police Investigator arrived at the Failon's QC residence while the Pajero was being washed. Di ba that's a no-no since that's like tampering with the evidence.

I wonder how will the Lopez Media outlet handle this and will they "help" out their star broadcaster. They issued a statement to respect the privacy of the family of Ted Failon, since the wife is "fighting" for her life. They failed to say that she is decalred clinically dead. May mga incidents already were Ted was known to beat up GROs in certain QC clubs.

ABS-CBN TV Patrol news anchor Ted Failon's wife was brought to the hospital Wednesday and is fighting for her life, according to ABS-CBN corporate communications head Bong Osorio.

Failon's wife, Trinidad Arteche Etong, reportedly figured in a shooting incident in the family's home in Quezon City.
