I think ang hahabulin ng BIR e local vloggers. May office sa Philippines si Google so I think thru local Google ang bayad sa vloggers. I may be wrong since di naman ako YouTuber. Tapos may partnerships pa vloggers sa mga local companies to promote products so taxable na agad dapat yun.
