apparently the husband wanted a divorce. They married in the 90s but they've been together since COLLEGE. I could imagine how devastating that must be for Kate Spade. They started the brand together and been through so much.

Nakakatakot talaga sa westerners, nagdi divorce pa even after 20+ years of marriage. Sa Pilipinas, basta nagka anak na, kahit less than 5 years married, tiis tiis na lang talaga. Bihira yung naghihiwalay. For the younger generation of Filipinos, mas marami na naghihiwalay but not like westerners do.

That is some sad news indeed.

My fave movie of Keaton is the one when she stood toe-to-toe acting with jack Nicholson and keannu reaves (something's gotta give). followed by her starrer with Steve Martin (father of the bride) . Those were instant classics.
