Kasi example yung tabako eh pwede reason kaya healthy yun isang lolo.

Agree din ako na hithit buga lang pag smoking like cigar and marijuana.

Genes and lifestyle. Yang mga nakita mong matataba na mababa blood sugar, hanggang anong edad kaya sila aabot? Sa mga edad 80 years old pataas, ilan kaya sa kanila ang matataba dati or lumba lumba?

    Yes, genes and lifestyle.

Watch this PBS documentary. It's how our lifestyle affects our genes thus affects the genes we pass to our children and grand kids.

What I don't like about this "bad genes" argument is how some people use it to justify their poor diet and lifestyle. It's like they think trying to live healthy is pointless since they're going to acquire some disease anyway.

they kind of like the idea that "it is not their fault".

Gene is like a health points you have when you enter a game.

Kaya as a parent I make sure I informed my kids on our family's medical history on both sides, so they know how to adjust their lifestyles to prevent it.

Good move na rin ito. Alangan din kasi ang opening ng movies on a weekday, unless it's a mega blockbuster movie.

Hmmm wouldn’t opening the new movies on a Friday have more lines during the weekend? At least if weekday opening some would already watch it, then lesser moviegoers sa weekend.

That means more mall traffic on blockbuster movies opening on Friday weekend, lalo na kung payday friday.
