nature's default setting is polygamy but it's not good for society coz too many men can't get mates

the richest, most powerful men will get all the women

having too many single men = violent society

kaya ok ang monogamy kita niyo di masyado violent ang mga Kristiyanong pinoy compared to non-Christian societies that are polygamous (ayaw ko magbanggit ng relihyon obvious naman)

dito sa atin kahit sino lalake nakakahanap ng asawa due to monogamy (wider distribution of women, not monopolized by a few men)
