Pinky Webb is hottest TV newswoman: online mag

MANILA, Philippines - After listing the 10 cutest TV newsmen in the Philippines, online magazine www.spot.ph has come out with the top 10 hottest TV newswomen. (Click here for hottest newsman story.)

Topping the list is ABS-CBN's Pinky Webb.

Spot.ph said Webb is "the kind of woman who could render men tongue-tied."

"This tall and svelte mestiza projects the confident vibe of a consummate career woman. But, oh, we love her even more when she's letting her hair down. Does anyone remember Webb's coverage of the Feast of the Black Nazarene in 2007? With all due respect, she still looked pretty hot without makeup. Her beauty shone through the grime and sweat," spot.ph said.

Webb is part of ABS-CBN's morning show Umagang Kay Ganda (UKG) and the network's public affairs program XXX. She is also an anchor of the ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC).

Joining Webb on www.spot.ph's list of hottest TV newswomen is ABS-CBN reporter, Gretchen Malalad, who is at number 6.

"This ABS-CBN news reporter was a Binibining Pilipinas contestant in 2002. She also snagged a gold medal in karate in the 2005 Southeast Asian. On top of her achievements, Malalad has the kind of beauty that really grows on you. She's a nice girl who can beat you up if you mess with her. Now, that's ***y," spot.ph said.

Cheryl Cosim, a former anchor at ABS-CBN, is at number 8. Cosim is now with TV5. Her colleague, Shawn Yao, is at number 2.

GMA 7's Rhea Santos is at number 3; Pia Arcangel is at number 5; Connie Sison is at number 9; and, Vicky Morales is at number 10.

RPN 9's Reema Chanco is at number 4.

Sportcaster Lia Cruz of Basketball TV is at number 7.
