Ano inamin ng pamilya ni infante? Nasa kabilang barangay lang sila kung may gusto ka itanong. Wrong place at wrong time.
Siguro ayaw mawalan ng suporta mula sa pulis come election next year.
Sorry ot din.

June 20th, 2012 09:27 PM #587Tulfo brothers' show can proceed - CA by Ina Reformina
MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED)– ABC Development Corp. (TV5) on Wednesday was able to secure a 60-day temporary restraining order (TRO) from the Court of Appeals (CA) for its news and public affairs program "T3."
"T3" was meted out a three-month suspension by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) for on-air statements by its hosts, Tulfo brothers Ben, Raffy, and Erwin.
The threats made by the Tulfos against celebrity couple Raymart Santiago and Claudine Baretto stemmed from the mauling of their eldest brother, columnist Mon Tulfo.
In a 13-page resolution of the Sixth Division penned by Associate Justice Rosmari Carandang, the appellate court said that the length of the suspension period, as well as the preliminary assertion of facts by TV5, taken into consideration, may cause irreparable injury to the petitioner and the public, and may have implications on basic freedoms.
"We are of the view that the immediate and continuous execution of the penalties imposed by the MTRCB's decision bears significant consequences on the freedom of the press and of expression, resulting to irreparable injury to petitioner and the public," the resolution read.
The appellate court, however, pointed out that the TRO is "merely to restrain the immediate and continuous execution of the suspension." It added that the merits of the main petition will still be resolved.
"It (TRO) merely preserves the status quo until this Court (CA) has heard both sides and has made a thorough scrutiny of the evidence and arguments of both parties," the resolution read.
On the MTRCB's invocation of Soriano vs. Laguardia in its arguments, the appellate court said that there are "immediately apparent distinctions between the facts" in both cases, noting that in the Soriano case, the program "Ang Dating Daan" was rated General Patronage when the assailed utterances of Eliseo Soriano were made. In the case of "T3," the appellate court said the program was classified as Parental Guidance which would have helped parents anticipate that the content of the show entailed their supervision over their children.
The appellate court added that TV5 took remedial steps and self-regulatory measures in the case of "T3," as opposed to the case in "Ang Dating Daan."
A P100,000 bond was imposed by the appellate court for the execution of the order.
