I can almost see it now--- a new senate investigation on the Joey-Kris affair! And rightly so! The senate should certainly look into the possibility of whether this was staged by Malacanang to get the people's attention away from the Jose Pidal case. Or could it be Ping's pakulo to divert us from the Supreme Courts's Kuratong Baleleng decision that's due to be out anytime? Or is this still part of Oakwood since Kris' bruises are kinda near the armpit area? Is she an undercover or perhaps an "underarm" agent of Magdalo? Wasn't Gringo once rumored to be the
lover of Tessie Oreta? Isn't Kris more "Tessie" than Cory? So many questions need to be answered.

I think it is also imperative that the Commision on Human Rights
investigate the possible violations of the rights of Kris or Joey. Was Joey's "right to privacy" violated when Kris peeked into his text messages? Did Joey brandish a gun at Kris? Are you sure it was a gun? Still on the privacy issue, what "private parts " were involved? But more importantly, was the Filipino people's right to be protected against idiotic behaviour violated?

The MMDA may have its hands full also. Remember that Mayor Joey Marquez has threatened to shut down the Ninoy Aquino International Airport for lack of permit of occupancy. Did Joey Marquez have a legal occupancy permit to reside in the heart of Kris, the daughter of Ninoy Aquino? Was the permit given by Kris "colorum" in nature since she had no pernission from Alma Moreno? Is this then a "squatting issue"? For that
matter, hasn't Kris been a habitual and inveterate "serial squatter" having no legal occupancy permit when she squatted in the heart of Philip Salvador, et al? Calling Bayani Fernando!

And what about Cory and the Catholic Church? I urge and plead them to put an end to this madness by calling for a national Day of Prayer and Reconciliation at the EDSA Shrine.. A concelebrated interfaith Mass is certainly called for. After all, we cannot allow the situation to EDSAcerbate and EDSAggerate. An EDSAmination of conscience of the entire nation is in order.

Lastly, I seem to detect the nose-picking finger of the sinister hand of the American CIA. Is this their way of dealing with the massive protests planned against Bush? Surely, the population will be so polarized for and against either lover leaving no one to protest agaist George Bush! Diabolical indeed!

This sordid affair is pathetic. Wats more frightening is the amount of attention this country is giving to it.

I understand your point, but if all allegations are to be kept private, ano pa ang mababasa natin sa mga diyaryo? A criminal case is People of the Philippines vs Joey Marquez, not Kris Aquino vs Joey Marquez, therefore the public has the right to know, and this is exactly what the news bureaus are churning out. I understand there are people who are sick and tired of stories like these, but no one's forcing them to watch TV Patrol or buy Abante right? Peace!
