i place my bet that she will be the next am idol, mas meron siynag star quality than taylor the grey haired guy, she could be a musical artist, her voice quality is liked to that of lea salonga, she has a pretty face, nice body=)

Katharine is a good singer, it's true, but she's been very inconsistent the past dozen weeks or so. She hits too many sharps, flubs too many lyrics, and takes too many jazzy liberties with the timing of the songs... sometimes so much so that she's often painfully off-time.

Taylor was flat in his delivery two or three weeks about a month back, but now he's perfect. He deserves to win.

Katharine McPhee is sure to get a Disney contract, though... it's amazing she was never "discovered" and recruited as a mouseketeer when she was younger (like Christina or Britney or Lindsay (basta, she was discovered by Disney)... etcetera... etcetera...)... she could have used the extra polish and development.

Marami siyang potential, but she's not consistent enough to win... pero, anaknangtupa, sa dami niyang fans, she just might.

I love Katharine. Audition pa lang, naaliw na ko sa kanya. Clean and powerful voice. To the person who said she keeps forcing her voice, well, it's not like she's singing opera or choir. It's pop, and that's what the show is all about.

Hope she wins. I was actually rooting for a Katharine-Mandisa finale. But no, the old boring guy caught some fans with all his immature antics onstage. Ito ang O.A.

Nope. Only Simon didn't like Taylor during the audition. Paula and Randy readily accepted him.

I have to say it's Chris who should be the champion. His voice is flawless, like the Anwar of this year's final 12. But then again, the votes aren't fair. He's in fourth place behind Elliott who's third. I was banking on a Chris-Katharine final. When Seacrest was about to reveal the loser between them, Katharine was almost sure it's her.

Anyway, I was also compelled by her beauty. She's voluptuous to add to that. She's face and body and voice, perhaps the prettiest idol I've seen. It would be nice to see her in a movie starring opposite a young hearthrob after AI. I like her to win but the odds seem Taylor's way. Despite some lousy performances before, he was never in the bottom 3. For some reason, he is well-loved by the voters. But I hope they judge according to performance in the upcoming showdown.

IMAGE is an important part of AMERICAN IDOL.image consitutes alot sa pagiging isang IDOL.i cannot see any idol material kay taylor.with the gray hair and old looks...duh.he can entertain...yes.but overall...nah.i dont think maraming bibili ng albums nyah kung ipoproduce ko ito.

kung sa entertainment value lang...si taylor.kung sa kantahan, CHRIS should've won.kung sa overall..si katherine =) may boses naman. may image na madaling imarket.

remember that american idol isn't just about singing as what most of us believe.
