Johnny Delgado dies of Cancer

RIP

Philippine Actor and Director Mr. Johnny Delgado died today, November 19, 2009 at 1:20PM. Delgado has been suffering from colon cancer and today his body finally surrendered to the illness. He is 61 years old.

It is remembered that months ago, Mr. Delgado was interviewed and said that his days were numbered back in February. However, after the third chemo session, 80% of his cancer cells were gone and that he responded well to the therapy.

Our condolences to his family and wife Laurice Guillen.

Matagal din siyang nakipaglaban sa CA thru chemotherapy sessions dito sa amin. in and out for months hoping like we na mailusot and i can say matapang siya like others but in the end like others too, tinanggap na rin niya ng maluwag. Well ganun po talaga.
