    its been out a while(bt), pero pangit daw yung mga actors. the drifting were nice though.

    but other than the drifts (and mogi), you won't find anything in the movie really worth the time. the story is absolute cr_p! they should have at least just made the 3rd Stage movie a live one or just one season. ginawa kasi nila chopseuy and the characters here are whack! itsuki isn't even there (well, he was replaced by another character, the "son" of the gas station owner). IMHO, they molested the franchise. if you really need to see the movie, you see it for the cars and the drift (and mogi) and nothing else.

    ... it's sad really, especially for us die hard fans of the anime/mangga.

    yeah story was quite altered. I guess to have something new or to gather more audience. Ganyan naman lagi pag the movie na nagiiba. Like spideman naging part ng power niya ang web sling, even Xmen medyo naiba storya.

    I browse sa website ng Ininitial D most actors are from hongkong only mogi is fabrique Au japon

    Plus the DVD i got was chinese. The places and names are diff. You wont hear the name Takumi or place like Akina. Talagang chinese name lahat.

    The mogi character is hot and perky!!

    i like mogi

    i like the drifting, the cars..

    story was crap..

    acting sucked especially the scene in the gas station when takumi was in love..so weak.


    the movie was altered and compressed..langya, sabay sabay sila takumi, ryosuke and the "gay" skyline guy

    a bit OT,

    the initialD cartoon series will soon be making its appearance on a local network.

    buzzword is that angel locsin will be dubbing for mogi.

    so malamang sa alamang, filipino ang dubbing.

    well, as per GMA7 when asked why they needed to dub all anime shown here, they said that it was due to license issues.

    that's just crap.

    watched this last night, ok naman..understandable that they had to cut up the story, cars n characters since its only a 2 hour movie. at least all the major plotlines of the series were included in the movie.

    7 out of 10! recommended!

    btw the soundtrack sucked, was more suited to the FnF types.

    im currently downloading the Eurobeat version, hope it has the same catchy tunes from the anime.
