If entertainment writer Ricky Lo is to be believed, Atty. Gozon's statements are all just a smokescreen to disguise the news that the transaction is already a done deal.

In case nobody read yesterday's edition of the Philippine Star, Lo's blind item practically confirms the "giant" merger of the two networks, which will be officially made known to the public by end of November 2012. With this formal announcement still months away, it's likely that a third-party ad agency will be handling promotions and publicity duties. It seems that only top management are aware of this development, since the rest of the workforce in the two networks are still largely unaware.
